Alongside its litigation practice, the Firm advises clients on the transactional and corporate work that underlies their business — structuring and documenting deals, setting up new business entities, and putting joint ventures and corporate arrangements in place.
Deal documents drafted at the Firm carry the same litigator’s perspective that shapes its dispute practice — an understanding of which clauses actually get contested when a business relationship sours, and where standard-form language quietly leaves a client exposed. That perspective is applied from the earliest stage of structuring a transaction, not just when something has already gone wrong.
This is advisory and documentation work rather than litigation. Where a transaction later gives rise to a dispute, the Firm’s civil and contractual litigation practice takes over from there (see our notes on Civil Law and Contractual Disputes & Contract Drafting).
